Easy Treezy Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Easy Treezy purchase, you can return or exchange the
product within 30 days of receipt or prior to December 25 th of the given calendar year, whichever comes
first.

To return your Easy Treezy, please contact us via email at returns@easytreezy.com to request a return
label and Return Authorization (RA) number. Once the label is emailed to you, you may ship the item
back to Easy Treezy’s return facility. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from your return
amount. This cost will be waived if tree was damaged or defective. Returns that do not have an Easy
Treezy issued return label and RA number will be rejected. Once the item has been received by Easy
Treezy, we will process your refund less any applicable shipping label fees.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject items that are ineligible for return, and/or to assess an
additional return fee. Products ineligible for return include, items that are damaged due to improper
care or use, and items for which a return has not been authorized. Additionally, all delivery refusals will
be charged a $75 per box service fee.
